1. Our Commitment

UniqAI is committed to preventing and responding to abusive content on our platform (operator details: see our Terms of Use). We take seriously all reports of non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, harassment, exploitation, and other harmful content.

2. What We Can Help With

We can take action on reports involving:

Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sexual, nude, or intimate photos/videos shared without consent
Deepfakes: Synthetic media impersonating real people, especially for deception or harm
Child exploitation: Content depicting minors in unsafe, exploitative, or sexual situations
Harassment: Content targeting individuals with threats, hate speech, or severe harassment
Illegal activity: Content promoting or depicting illegal conduct
Copyright infringement: Generated content that reproduces copyrighted works

3. What We Cannot Help With

We cannot directly help with:

Content hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) — report directly to those platforms
AI-generated content not created through our Services
Comments or posts on social media — report to the relevant platform

However, we can assist in understanding your rights and connecting you with resources.

4. Your Rights and Protections

4.1 TAKE IT DOWN Act (US)

The TAKE IT DOWN Act (enforced by the FTC since May 19, 2026) requires us to:

Remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 24 hours of the report
Not re-publish or share the reported content
Maintain your identity confidentially where possible
Take action regardless of who reported (you or a third party)

4.2 Privacy

Your report will be:

Handled confidentially
Shared only with staff who need it to investigate
Not disclosed to the individual accused, except as required by law
Stored securely and deleted once no longer needed to handle the report or meet a legal obligation

4.3 No Retaliation

We will not retaliate or penalize you for reporting content in good faith.

5. How to Report

Content URL or description: Where the content is located
Reason: What type of harm it represents
Impact on you: How it affected you (optional)
Your contact: Email (optional; we can investigate anonymous reports)

6. What Happens After You Report

Timeline

Immediately: We confirm receipt and create a ticket
Within 24 hours: Our team reviews the report and verifies the content
Within 24 hours: If confirmed as NCII/deepfake/exploitation, we remove it
Within 5 business days: We send you an update on actions taken
Follow-up: We remain available if further evidence is needed

Actions We May Take

Depending on the violation:

Content removal: Deleting the content from our platform and backups
Account suspension: Temporary or permanent ban of the creator
Law enforcement referral: For child exploitation or severe criminal activity
Preservation of evidence: If you intend legal action, we can preserve relevant logs/metadata
Block: Preventing the user from re-uploading similar content

7. Evidence and Documentation

To speed up our investigation, please provide:

Specific URL or ID: The exact content you're reporting
Screenshots: If the content may be deleted before we see it
Details: What makes it harmful (who is in it, how it affects you)

8. Resources and Support

If you have experienced harm:

Psychological support: RAINN.org (sexual harassment), Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741)
Legal assistance: Local legal aid organizations, victim advocacy groups
Law enforcement: Contact your local police department (for criminal activity)

9. Appeal Process

If your report was denied:

Response time: We will provide a written explanation within 5 business days
