How are these guides written?
Each guide names the product's maker, links its own pages under Sources, and states which versions UniqAI runs today, which are often not the newest: Kling 3.0 rather than Kling 4.0, Veo 3 rather than 3.1, Nano Banana rather than Nano Banana Pro. UniqAI is not affiliated with any of the companies named. The visible 'Updated' date is the last check; a guide changes when a model is added or a vendor changes its terms.
Questions about AI Tool Alternatives
Are these alternatives the same models as the originals?
Sometimes. The chat guides run the makers' own models (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok) through their APIs. The video and image guides point to different models: Sora, Midjourney and Leonardo's own models are not in UniqAI, so the guides say what covers the same job and how the results differ.
Why does UniqAI run older versions of some models?
Because a version is added only once it is connected and priced. Today that means Kling 3.0 (Kuaishou has released 4.0), Veo 3 (Google lists 3.1) and the original Nano Banana. Each guide states this plainly and is updated when a newer version is added.
Do I need a paid plan to try an alternative?
Not for images or most chat models: a new account starts with 30 Gems, and Flux Schnell costs 3 Gems an image, a fast chat message 1 Gem. Video models and the 25-Gem chat models (GPT-5 Pro, Claude Opus 4.7) need a paid plan. Every cost is shown before you generate.
Will my old prompts work?
Prompts are plain text, so paste them in as a starting point. Camera moves, sound and style words may need rewriting for a different model; each guide has a short section and copy-ready examples for that. Run one prompt on two models and keep the better clip or image.
